It would be nice to be able to set a default location to create projects in. I often create individual projects on different OS’s to test and try things. My poor fingers ( and mouse ) would appreciate a few less clicks 
Yea, I think this would be useful. The latest code uses the SDL3 dialogs, which support it on some platforms so it should be feasible to pass it through. I also think some OS’ choose the default based on user previous actions and stuff, not always controllable? An option makes sense though!
