It’s the built in Windows anti-virus, and is unfortunately easily confused.
Warning popups about luxe
If you see notifications about luxe containing malware or spyware or other such stuff, please be assured that this is a false positive. You can scan all the folders manually, and you can submit them to any virus testing page.
My guess on the situation
Because the launcher downloads modules in zip files, and then unzips them, and then runs those binaries, windows sees this behaviour as risky. It’s not able to scan the binaries and mark them as clean 
?
Let Microsoft know?
We have tried! We’ve submitted all binaries multiple times to try get them allow listed, and they always come back as clean. But since we push builds often, and it doesn’t actually fix the issue for the end user, we stopped trying.
We’ll keep trying stuff to get it to stop being confused, but alas, it is a thing that exists right now!
